Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Sessions Boys Apparel orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order has been received, we aim to ship your package as soon as possible. In most cases orders ship the next business day unless it is a custom order. In which case you will be emailed a quote with a ship date. Once the package has shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. Sessions Boys Apparel is not responsible for a package once the package has been marked as shipped unless insurance was purchased by selecting priority shipping. If your package has been marked delivered and you have not received your package please follow up with the carrier and have your tracking number handy. All delivery and timing is based solely on the shipping company. Sessions Boys Apparel makes no guarantee of timing in terms of when packages will be received once shipped.

Nephi residents have the option to have their packages delivered to them. Delivery days may vary. Please email us at support@sessionsboysapparel.com.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted from online purchases within 20 days of purchase date for store credit only, which will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card, after your return has been processed. Sessions Boys Apparel will issue a store credit with a completed Returns Authorization Form and tags attached to unused/unworn item(s) in its original packaging. Return shipping, and subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note, all custom orders are non-refundable and final sale. 

Please do not ship items back to Sessions Boys Apparel that do not meet all return criteria. Your package will only be shipped back at your expense and no credit will be issued. 

Sessions Boys Apparel store credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.

Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time. 

If you wish to make a return, please complete and enclose your returns authorization form included in your shipment or email and send all returns to Sessions Boys Apparel 421 E 880 S, Nephi, UT 84648.

Please note that cancellations on online orders may not be made after an order has been shipped/fulfilled. Once you received a shipping confirmation, your order is deemed as shipped/fulfilled. If one chooses to cancel an online order before it ships, the purchaser will be responsible for the 3% fee Sessions Boys Apparel has already paid to process the credit card. A cancelled order before it shipped will receive an in store credit of 97% of the order total.
